Deirdre Waters
Psy.D.
Dr. Waters is a New Jersey licensed psychologist who offers both individual and group therapy in the context of her Hazlet based office. She has worked in the mental health field for the past twenty two years and her areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, early recovery issues, substance abuse/dependency, women’s issues, and stress management. Her client population age range is young adults to young seniors and she has a strong interest in multiculturalism and social justice.
Julie Matsen
Ph.D.
Dr. Matsen is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and Georgia. She recently completed a postdoctoral training year at the Medical College of Georgia focused on the psychology of women with training in both ACT and DBT. Her clinical interests include trauma, disordered eating, and emotion dysregulation. Dr. Matsen was raised in the Bayshore area, and she is pleased to be able to return to Monmouth County as a licensed psychologist.
